Deli Meats include Old Fashion Ham, Smoked Deli style Ham, Ham and Cheddar loaf, Cotto Salami, Pepperoni, Mortadella, Pastrami, Beirshinken, Beirwurst, Pates and our famous bologna. As with the Fresh and Smoked Sausages, everything is made in house which mean our spices are hand mixed and I can guarantee you want to see whats in our sausage! There is nothing hidden that I wouldn't be proud to have someone eat.
