Burgardt’s is High River's local, family-owned butcher shop and farm. With over three generations of meat cutting and sausage making experience behind us, we are proud to bring you a beautiful selection of meats. Ryan, (pictured right)is our head butcher and the head of our family! He is married to Melissa (far left) and we have 4 kids Payton, Megan, Cache and Steele. All of the kids help out at the shop, whether it's serving customers in the front or cleaning and packaging in the back! Our Family is blessed to be able to serve quality products at a fair, competitive price.
We believe homemade and home-raised is best! All of our sausage, jerky, pepperoni and deli meat is made right here at the shop! We hand mix all of the spices and don't use any fillers or binders. We are proud to partner with local producers who meet the extreme standards of the Certified Angus Beef program and grade.
