Burgardt’s is High River's local, family-owned farm and butcher shop. With over three generations of meat cutting and sausage making experience behind us, we are proud to bring you a beautiful selection of meats.
We believe in a nose to a tail approach which allows us to steward each and every animal, not leaving any waste while being respectful and responsible. At Burgardt’s you can trust your food is being sourced and produced with the highest standards because our animals are treated like family!

Italian, Cherry, Bratwurst, Burgardt's Traditional, Andouille, Blueberry, Chorizo, Smokies with Cheddar and Jalapenos, Smoked Italian with Mozza Cheese, Pepperoni.
All our sausages are prepared in-house using European recipes, natural curing techniques, without preservatives, fillers or chemicals, and are gluten-free.
Cushions are steak meat stuffed with cream cheese and extras! Some come wrapped in bacon and others are stuffed with crab meat.
Deli Meats and Cheeses, Crackers, Mustards, BBQ Sauces.
We provide meat and cheese trays or hot lunches, complete with salads and dessert. Contact us for your next corporate luncheon, staff meeting or event.
